Join us for the highly anticipated return of Nomu-nication after a four-year hiatus!
Co-hosted by the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan and the America–Japan Society, the 60th edition of this dynamic networking event promises an unforgettable evening of connections, collaboration, and celebration.
Nomu-nication was started by the ACCJ in 1998, originally as a way for Japanese members to overcome social barriers and connect with American and English-speaking members over drinks. The name combines the Japanese word for drinking with communication.
Over the years, Nomu-nication has expanded to bring people together from all nationalities and professions. The first joint event was in 2007 when the ACCJ co-hosted with the Swedish Embassy. Since then, we have co-hosted with the embassies of Argentina, Peru, Mexico, and Romania, and the chambers of commerce representing Italy, France, Germany, Brazil, South Africa, Angola, and more.
Whether you are a seasoned business professional or a newcomer to the US–Japan business community, Nomu-nication is the perfect platform to connect, learn, and grow.
