The Women in Business Committee invites you to discover the transformative power of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices in the corporate world at our upcoming event, Learn from Examples: Unveiling the Power of DEI in Corporate Success.
Embark on an extraordinary journey as we kick off the first season of our company tour series, starting with digital transformation services provider EPAM Systems, to be followed by design and architectural firm Gensler and banking and finance giant MUFG.
Each renowned company will present their innovative approaches to DEI, providing a diverse range of perspectives that will inspire and empower your own initiatives.
Join us on July 6 from 12:00 to 14:00 (lunch box included) for an immersive company tour of EPAM, where you’ll gain firsthand insights into their industry-specific DEI challenges, learn from their best practices, and participate in meaningful discussions with industry experts and fellow ACCJ members. No need to be in the DEI profession to participate.
About the Speaker
With more than 22 years of human resources experience, Olesia Kyrylchuk has focused on management positions in the IT industry since 2004. She has led an IT consulting start-up and worked in global organizations IBM and EPAM on leadership positions and people management. She is also a certified coach in organizations and a facilitator. In 2021, she was featured as one of 25 Women in IT and, in 2023, was nominated as one of top 50 women who make an impact in business and public life by Forbes Ukraine. Kyrylchuk holds a master’s degree in philosophy and a master’s degree in economics and personnel management. She relocated to Japan in July 2022.
